Deposit Fee (Portrait Packages)
There is a $40 photo deposit fee on all portrait packages. The deposit will be deducted from the total
package price upon delivery of your photos.
**Photo Session deposit fee is due at the time of the photo session**

a.Individualized photo session in my studio (up to 1 hours)
b.Unlimited poses and 2 clothing changes during the photo session
c.Post processing of all photos in Photoshop
d.Online posting of final photos for client selection
e.Delivery of final prints of selected size
f.Online hosting (3 months) of your photos for sharing with family and friends

Model Portfolio Packages
All Model photo packages include the following:
a.Individualized photo session in my studio or on location (up to 4 hours)
b.Unlimited poses, unlimited clothing changes, and themes during the photo session
c.Multiple lighting setups and backdrops for different looks
d.The possibility of Black and White and/or Sepia prints
e.All Post processing needed in Photoshop
f.Online posting of final photos for client selection (or proof sheet if desired)
g.Delivery of final prints of selected sizes
h.Online hosting (6 months) of your photos for sharing with family and friends
Includes:
8 5x7 prints
4 8x10 prints
1 CD containing 20 selected photos from the session

Special Notes:
*Specific requests are welcomed and encouraged.
*Hair and make-up is NOT provided, please come ready to start the session.
* Model shoots are very time consuming and take a considerable amount of resources to prepare. It is recommended to get a good nights sleep prior to the shoot and get to bed early, as a late night out, will show up in the pictures we take.
CONDITIONS
· A deposit of $150.00 is required at time of the model photo session.
· A By-Line (i.e. Photos By: Thomas M Perkins, Perkmeup Imagery) must be provideeach time the photographer's photos are used.
· Model must sign a release to allow the photographer to use the portraits in his own portfolio for advertising.
· If Model is using an online agency (such as OMP, Jurgita or Onlinemodeling, a Link to the photographer's profile or website is required.
